How to Order Your Prescription Glasses
Prescription Information
1. If your prescription is not within the available options, or if you require a specific lens brand, please contact us for custom service. (Note! Custom services cannot be returned under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.)
2. If you have already entered your prescription on the previous frame page, you do not need to fill it in again on this page.
3. Since glasses are customized products and cannot be resold, please make your purchase only after you have complete and accurate prescription data! Be sure to fill in your prescription data carefully. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
4. Slight dizziness is normal when wearing new glasses. It may take a few days for you to adjust to the glasses, especially if your prescription has changed. After a few days, you should be able to wear them comfortably.
5. If you encounter any issues after receiving your glasses, you can contact us at any time, and we will provide full assistance.
6. Our philosophy is to provide good-quality products at reasonable prices. Since glasses are customized and cannot be resold, please contact us for solutions if there are any issues. Please choose refunds cautiously; for returns and refunds, we will charge 25% of the product cost. Thank you for your understanding!
