We offer international direct shipping to the UK and all EU member states. Every order is fully trackable, and a tracking number will be provided as soon as your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility
- Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders ove,€59 / £52 . For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of €6 / £5 will apply.
- Expedited Shipping: We partner with leading international couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to offer express delivery. If you choose expedited shipping, a fixed upgrade fee will apply regardless of the order value. The exact amount will be calculated and displayed in real-time on the checkout page.
3. Customs, Duties, and Value-Added Tax (VAT)
To provide a seamless shopping experience with no hidden costs, we ship all orders to the UK and EU on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis:
- United Kingdom (UK): All prices shown at checkout are fully inclusive of UK VAT. You will not be subject to any additional import duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon the arrival of your package at UK customs.
- European Union (EU): We strictly comply with EU IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) regulations or utilize dedicated DDP shipping channels. The total price paid at checkout is your final price. No unexpected VAT, customs duties, or handling fees will be collected by local customs or courier services at the border.
- Exception Disclaimer: In the rare event that local customs or a courier erroneously requests a tax payment, please do not refuse the package. Accept the delivery, obtain an official invoice/receipt of the charge, and contact our Customer Service team immediately at service@veinoptician.com . We will review the documentation and arrange a full reimbursement for the valid fees.
4. Delays & Failed Delivery Attempts
- Force Majeure Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unexpected delays caused by severe weather, customs inspections, postal strikes, or peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday and Christmas) are beyond our control. We will notify you promptly via email regarding any significant delays.
- Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address in English, along with a valid local phone number and postal code. If a package is returned to our overseas warehouse due to an "incomplete address," "insufficient details," or "multiple failed delivery attempts," any costs incurred for re-shipping the order will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information has not updated for more than 30 consecutive days , or if the courier officially confirms the package as lost in transit, we will either remake and reship your order free of charge or issue a full refund .
5. Delivery Inspection & Damages
Eyewear products are delicate and precision-engineered instruments.
- Upon receiving your package, please inspect the outer packaging immediately for signs of damage.
- If you find that your frames, custom lenses, or glasses cases have been bent, scratched, or fractured during transit, you must capture clear photographs of the damage and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery .
- Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary remake or replacement shipping, and all shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
